• Course Content:

  • Day 1: Introduction to ISO 14001, the role of a Lead Implementer, and planning an EMS based on the standard.

  • Day 2: Practical implementation of the EMS, including documentation, operational controls, and communication strategies.

  • Day 3: Monitoring, measurement, and continual improvement of the EMS, including preparation for the final certification audit.

• Course Objective: Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Master the concepts and principles of an EMS based on ISO 14001.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of an EMS, using best practices.

  • Prepare an organization for a successful third-party certification audit.

  • Manage and continually improve an EMS in line with the standard's requirements.

• Certificate: Participants who successfully pass the final exam will receive a globally recognized "ISO 14001 Lead Implementer" certification.

• Course Pre-requisite: A basic understanding of ISO 14001 requirements is highly recommended. Attending our Awareness course or having equivalent professional experience in environmental management is a strong foundation.

• Course Fees: SGD $550 per participant or Lumpsum fees of SGD $1,800 for group of 5 participants.

• Venue: We offer training at a dedicated venue in the Central Business District of Singapore. In-house training at your company's premises is also available upon request.

This training provides a practical understanding of both the ISO 14001 standard and the auditing guidelines of ISO 19011.   • Review of the ISO 14001:2015 requirements and their interpretation from an auditor's perspective.

  • Principles of auditing according to ISO 19011:2018 (the standard for auditing management systems).

  • Planning and preparing an internal audit, including how to develop effective checklists.

  • Conducting an audit through observation, interviews, and document review.

  • Documenting findings, writing factual audit reports, and identifying non-conformities.

  • Following up on corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

• Course Objective: Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Gather objective evidence and identify non-conformities.

• Certificate: Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Competence in ISO 14001 Internal Auditing from LR Energy & Tech.

• Course Pre-requisite: A good understanding of the ISO 14001 standard is recommended. Attending our ISO 14001 Awareness training is a strong foundation.
